Built out of a spreadsheet
Most sealed Pokémon collectors track their portfolios the same way: a spreadsheet. Product name, cost basis, current market value, a manual update once a quarter. That works when sealed is a hobby. It breaks down when sealed is an asset class.
PullValue exists because the gap between "I collect Pokémon products" and "I hold sealed product as an alternative investment" is bigger than a spreadsheet can bridge. Daily mark-to-market refresh, community-aggregated pull data, published EV methodology, and tax-ready exports are the analytical infrastructure that hobby-grade tools don't provide.

Independent by design
Most price intelligence in this space is run by marketplaces. Marketplaces have an interest in keeping prices visible and trade-friendly. PullValue has no marketplace, no commission on sales, no affiliate revenue from card sellers. Our only business model is subscriptions from collectors who want the analytics.
That independence is structural. It's why we publish every assumption in our methodology, why we don't hide negative-EV products from view, and why our community pull data is aggregated honestly rather than curated for narrative.
