Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
You can cancel your PullValue subscription at any time from your billing page. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. We do not bill again after cancellation.
Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. If you were charged in error, or experienced a service outage that materially affected your use of the Service, email support@pullvalue.app within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.
Charter Pricing
Charter pricing is a discounted rate locked for the life of an uninterrupted subscription. If you cancel and later re-subscribe, you will be billed at the then-current Standard rate. Charter pricing cannot be reinstated.
Failed Payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry over several days. You will receive email notifications. If all retries fail, your subscription will be cancelled and premium access will end.
