1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PullValue ("the Service"), operated from the United States, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
PullValue provides community-powered statistics, expected-value estimates, and portfolio tracking for sealed trading card products. Data is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Charter pricing, where offered, is locked for the life of an uninterrupted subscription; cancelling and re-subscribing forfeits charter pricing. You may cancel at any time from your billing page; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) scrape, resell, or redistribute Service data without written permission; (b) attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service; (c) use the Service for unlawful purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
All Service content, branding, and software are owned by PullValue or its licensors. Trading card product names and images are property of their respective publishers; PullValue is not affiliated with or endorsed by any trading card publisher.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Pricing and EV estimates are derived from community-submitted data and third-party market sources, and may be inaccurate or out of date.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PullValue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
